About negotiation -What I learned from Monday and Wednesday class-

I didn't understand negotiation rightly. When I hear the word "negotiate", I always image "make a deal" by communication. But it is different from the meaning of negotiation. Negotiation is communication for something. Making a deal is incidental of doing negotiation. It is not the end of negotiation.

    Hi Shaw,

    I think the key here is the term "process." The process itself needs to be a big part of what negotiation is all about, it is the process as much as it is the product.
